Learning to identify, and care for your own physical and mental health needs is an important part of preschool development. These free self-care forms encourage children and their adults to take time for self-care.
Our Daily Self Care Journal form will help your preschoolers record some of their own independent self care accomplishments during day including: brushing their teeth, brushing their own hair, getting dressed, bathing, exercise, hydration, good nutrition, and reflecting on their day.
Just as it's important for our little learners to practice self care, it's also important for the educators that care for them.
In this set you will also find a weekly self care record for you (or teens) to record your water intake, exercise, food choices, and record the ways you cared for your own mental health during the week.
