Learning Spaces are commonly referred to as Learning Centers. These are small activity areas dedicated to a specific type of of play. These learning spaces allow children to build skills in specific developmental domains, as they play-which means less heavy lifting for you.
If you are short on space you can easily set up learning spaces on trays, on a shelf, or even in bins/drawers. To create a learning space simply set out and arrange your learning center materials in your dedicated area, and allow the children to play!
