Explore shapes with these squirrel shape cards. Identify the shape on the squirrel, then clip the same shape at the bottom of the card. 

Squirrel and acorn gathering acorns rolling game

This is a great activity to engage in with your child. Take turns rolling the playing cube; read the number word, identify the numeral, or count up the acorns shown and then add the same number of acorns to the tree trunk. 
**For this demo we used fun acorn math counters! You could use the included printable counters, play dough, pom poms, or any other fun math counter.

Squirrel and acorn pre-writing/cutting practice

Guide these little squirrels to their acorns while practicing writing skills. After following the line with a marker try cutting on the line for some practice with scissors. 

Squirrel and acorn uppercase and lowercase letter matching file folder activity 

These big mouthed squirrels are hungry for letters! Flip an uppercase or lowercase acorn card then mark the matching lowercase letter on the mat. 
​This set is perfect for setting up a file folder game. 

Squirrel and acorn count and clip cards

Have you ever come across acorns that have fallen off an oak tree? There can be way too many to count, but it's fun to try! These cards are perfect for kids to practice counting a smaller number of acorns.
