Celebrate Fire Safety Month by adding engagingFire Safety math and literacy activities to your Fire Safety Theme week.
I have designed these activities to be used with simple manipulatives that you have laying around the house, or your classroom (Clothespins, Pom Poms, Etc.). Each pack contains a variety of activities that focus on some of the following skills: Colors, Shapes, Uppercase/Lowercase Letter Matching, Counting, 1:1 Correspondence, Patterning, Fine Motor Skill strengthening, and more!

Fire Extinguisher Shape Clip Cards

Use these shape clip cards to support fine motor development while preschoolers also work on shape recognition.

Fire Truck and Helmet Color Matching Activity

Work on matching colors and spark a discussion about why fire trucks are typically red rather than many other colors!

Extinguish the Fire Rolling Game

This is a fun roll and play game, play independently, with an adult or a peer.
Roll the cube then extinguish the number of flames rolled.

Pre-writing/Cutting Practice

Follow the lines from left to right to work on pre-writing skills! Follow up by cutting on the line for cutting practice.

Fire Hydrant Upper and Lowercase Matching

Preschoolers will have fun identifying and matching lowercase and uppercase letter with this fire hydrant matching game!

Fire Safety Count and Clip Cards
