Celebrate Fire Safety Month by adding engaging math and literacy activities to your Fire Safety Theme week.
I have designed these activities to be used with simple manipulatives that you have laying around the house, or your classroom (Clothespins, Pom Poms, Etc.). Use these shape clip cards to support fine motor development while preschoolers also work on shape recognition.

Work on matching colors and spark a discussion about why fire trucks are typically red rather than many other colors!
