Under the Sea Paper Plate Craft

Use a brush to paint the top ¾ of the paper plate different shades of blue to represent the ocean. Use a sponge to apply to tan paint to the lower ¼ of the paper plate to represent the sandy ocean floor.
Cut seaweed, coral, starfish, fish, and any other desired under the sea items or animals
Use paint pens or markers to create detail on each item if desired.
You could also provide magazines for children to cut out ocean creatures.
Glue into place with a glue stick, let dry.
