This roll and color activity puts a fun twist on coloring for preschoolers.
After rolling the coloring cube the child picks a color and colors the object that they rolled.
Using crayons gives fingers a bit more of a workout than markers.
**This can also be used without the cube as a simple coloring page.
The turkey lacing cards are easy to set up and a lot of fun for preschoolers to explore. Simply laminate, hole punch, and set out with laces.
Older preschoolers may like to use a hole punch to punch holes in them.
Note: This is an excellent workout for little hands, but can be very difficult as it takes a lot of strength. You can practice using them, without paper, during small group time. Give each child a hole puncher and have them practice squeezing.
Also, be sure to have quality hole punchers, they are often easier to use.
Dough mats are a fantastic fine motor activity! This dough mat guides children in creating a traditional feast from play dough
