Beehive Pollen Preschool Gross Motor Game
Engage in this fun activity with your preschooler that supports gross motor, fine motor, and math development.
This activity is great anytime of year, especially during spring along with your Flowers & Bees theme.

This activity is easy to set up, all you need is the printables included in this pack and a bottle with a small opening.
Plant the FLowers
Set up your flowers however you like. You can set them close together, or for more gross motor practice set them further apart. You can print multiple sets of flowers to extend the game or for more players.
Roll and Count
Roll the playing cube to see how many flowers to collect pollen from.
Pick up the Pollen
Travel to the flowers and collect pollen from the number of flowers rolled. Encourage use of the tips of the pointer finger and thumb to work on pincer grasp.
You can also provide tweezers for this activity for more fine motor development.
Buzz back to the Hive
Carry the pollen back to the hive and drop it in.
When done, count the total number of pollen collected for added math enrichment.
