For this theme consider adding extra construction paper, crayons, and markers in a variety of blue colors, along with the colors of the rainbow.  

*Rainbow Straw Painting

Try Straw Painting with your preschoolers during this theme!
Try this out with all the colors of the rainbow for added engagement. See the Straw Painting Tutorial for more details.

Tissue paper rainbow

Letting students tear tissue paper to use for this craft is half the fun. When they have enough colors have them scrunch up the tissue paper and  glue the pieces on paper in a rainbow shape. You can also cut paper plates in half, and cut out a small semicircle out of the bottom for a rainbow shape. Then students can glue their tissue paper on.
