Are you interest in becoming a paid contributor?

I'm so thankful to have an amazing group of contributors sharing their ideas, images, and knowledge with my readers. Having such a diverse group of early educators contributing to this site is one of the things that I think makes it extra special.

Paid contributors are independent contractors who produce  blog posts and extension activities for the site. These include a variety of educational activities from art & craft tutorials, to science experiments.

Who can apply?

We are only accepting paid contributions from preschool teachers, childcare providers, and homeschooling parents.

What type of content are you looking for?

We are looking for high quality images, and written content 500-1000 words or more featuring preschool activities that are appropriate for students ages 3-5. This content will primarily be used as blog posts, or added to site pages.

How do I apply

Please send an email to our content manager Sheena, letting her know you are interested in becoming a paid contributor. Please add Paid Contributor in the subject line. In this email,  send details about your early childhood experience, you experience creating content (photography, and copy-writing), your portfolio, a sample of your work (1-2 of your best images, Blog post link, etc.), your rates, and details about the content you'd like to contribute.

She worked as a lead preschool teacher in a high-risk, inner-city center. As an infant teacher she completed her practicum for her A.A.S. degree in Early Childhood Development. Alina D. is the mom of two brilliant boys, an amazing educator of tiny children, and expressive artist. She loves nature, reading and spending time with family! In her program, you can find her students engaging in daily play, learning, storytelling, baking and many nature ventures. She is also as a Certified Kids and Teens Yoga Teacher.
