Our mission is to support a variety of early childhood educators (childcare providers, preschool teachers, and parents), caring for preschoolers ages 3-5 (not yet in Kindergarten) in planning their own thematic preschool curriculum and lessons.
We believe educator's know their students needs best, planning preschool lessons/activities doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg. We love to save educators time planning their thematic lessons, so they can spend their time on the weekends with those they love, doing the things they love.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a curriculum coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing all of our curriculum, and lesson materials, to ensure they are pedagogically sound, age-appropriate, and engaging for students. You will work closely with our product designers, production team, and site manager to produce engaging and developmentally appropriate learning materials for our curriculum. These materials include a variety of printable resources, and hands on extension activities.
This position requires someone who has an excellent understanding of early childhood development, has experience creating printable products in PowerPoint, Google Drive, excellent editing skills, grammar, and an eye for details. The person in this position, must be able to work efficiently, and complete tasks on deadline to avoid disruptions in our publishing process.

Some of the tasks include the following, but are not limited to:
- Planning, Research, and Development of new Preschool appropriate printable resources that are developmentally appropriate for children ages 3-5 (not yet in Kindergarten) across all early learning domains, and spanning a variety of thematic topics.
- Assigning new tasks to the design team, including a detailed scope of the planned resources to (Suggested Table of Contents, Description, Learning Objectives, Standards, Links to Clip Art, or Custom Clip Art Requests).
- Reviewing and suggesting updates to improve existing resources.
- Insuring all assigned work is completed according to our publishing schedule, and answering questions from our design team.
- Reviewing work for quality, design, and accuracy
- Adding directions, teacher tips, and learning objectives, standards, to the resources as needed.
- Publishing New/Updating Products in our Site Store, and TPT Store. This includes writing SEO, and Keyword rich product listings, and insuring related product records are updated.
- Itemizing your work and invoicing Pre-K Printable Fun by the last Friday of each month (using a tracking and invoicing method of your choice).
REQUIREMENTS:
Please make sure you meet all of the criteria below before applying:
- You support our company values
- At least 3 years of experience teaching preschool aged students ages 3-5 (not yet in Kindergarten) in a Preschool or Childcare Program.
- M.S./M.Ed. Early Childhood Education
- Knowledgeable on the structure of an effective lesson.
- Familiarity with writing lesson objectives and aligning material to meet objectives.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to make learning accessible, engaging, and age-appropriate.
- Strong understanding of what makes a resource engaging.
- Experience using technology to support instruction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially written.
- Growth mindset and motivated by constructive criticism.
- Independent and self-motivated. Being remote, you will need to hold yourself accountable for tasks and ongoing responsibilities with little supervision.
- Proactive. You’ll make a habit of seeking out ways to continually improve the production process and the quality of the content.
