Are you looking for some hands-on summer themed phonics activities for your preschooler? Preschoolers will have fun finding the missing letters, build their summer word vocabulary, and sharpen their visual skills looking for objects in the summer scene!

Assembly:
1.Print Mat and Word Cards of your choice
2.Laminate (Optional for durability)
3.Cut out word cards
Directions for play:
Place the mat on a cookie tray or magnetic board. Choose a word card and place it on the mat. Find the missing letter, and place it on the mat. Next, search for the image in the scene and mark with a magnet or marker of your choice.
*Alternative: Use the word cards as a task box activity. Cut, hole punch
and place on a binder ring. This set was designed to use with these lowercase
magnetic letters from Educational Insights.
