Have you ever wanted to print multiple pages per sheet? In addition to being a way to save on paper- this technique can be used to create: mini task box activities, small world play sets, and labels from full page activities!
Above you can see an example of my full size learning center sign printed multiple pages to a sheet which created a sign the perfect sized sign for a mobile learning center.
Directions to change print size:
For the purpose of this step-by-step tutorial I'm using the Free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC! Please keep in mind the directions for this process may be different (or might not work) if you are using a different .pdf viewer.

Step 1: Open the document you want to print in Adobe Acrobat reader DC
Step 2: Click on the printer icon, or hold CTRL+P on a PC (or COMMAND-P on a MAC) to open your print dialog box.
Step 3: On the print dialog box pop up, look for section that says “Page Sizing & Handling”.
Step 4: Click on the "multiple" button, and select the number of pages you want to print on sheet of paper in the "Pages per sheet" drop down box. For small word play you may want to select 9-16 pages per sheet for a better ratio. Tip: Use the Preview Box to check your layout.
Step 5: Double check/Change the orientation of your layout, and if you only want to print select pages, be sure to enter your page selection in the "Pages" to print section.
Step 6: Click on Print
