Job Description:
Pre-K Printable FUn looking for an experienced Preschool Resource Designer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing preschool educational materials, particularly in PowerPoint, and a solid understanding of Early Childhood Development and Early Learning Standards. The designer will be responsible for creating and customizing preschool printables, including designing unique templates and refining existing templates according to detailed design notes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing Custom Templates: Create visually appealing, functional, and age-appropriate templates for various preschool educational resources (learning center activities, worksheets, activity sheets, flashcards, whole group circle time activities and games etc.).
- Refining Existing Templates: Complete existing design templates based on provided feedback and design notes while maintaining consistency with branding and developmental appropriateness.
- PowerPoint Expertise: Use PowerPoint to create professional, polished designs that meet the needs of preschool educators and parents.
- Ensure Educational Alignment: Design resources that are consistent with Early Childhood Development principles and Early Learning Standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Pre-K Printable Fun team to ensure that designs are meeting both educational goals and aesthetic requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing preschool resources, especially using PowerPoint.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work for educational resources.
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Development and Early Learning Standards.
- Ability to interpret and follow design notes and guidelines effectively.
- Experience designing unique and engaging templates for educational materials.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, able to take constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher, Childcare Provider, or similar role in early education.
- Understanding of the developmental needs of children aged 3-5 years.
- Familiarity using Pre-K Printable Fun Products in the early learning classroom.
- Experience working remotely with flexible deadlines and self-management.
- Experience using Canva.
- Experience using Asana.
- Experience using Airtable.
- Experience using Dropbox.
