Job Description:
Pre-K Printable Fun is on the lookout for a highly creative and experienced Preschool Activity Resource Designer. If you love bringing early childhood education to life with fun, engaging, and developmentally-appropriate designs, we want you on our team!
In this role, you'll design a variety of exciting resources, from Dramatic Play Sets (think "grocery store" and "doctor's office") to Circle Time Activities, Math & Literacy Centers, Fine & Gross Motor Activities, Social & Emotional Development Resources, and even Science Sets. Your designs should inspire creativity, support learning, and help children develop essential skills—all while having fun!
We're looking for someone with solid experience creating eye-catching educational materials in PowerPoint that both captivate preschoolers and support Early Childhood Educators. You should be able to develop new templates to keep things fresh and exciting, as well as complete existing ones. If you’re enthusiastic about designing engaging learning activities, we’d love to see your creativity in action!

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing Custom Templates: Create visually appealing, functional, and age-appropriate templates for various preschool educational resources (e.g., Learning Center Activities, Dramatic Play Sets, Circle Time Activities, Fine & Gross Motor Activities, Social & Emotional Resources, and Science Sets).
- Refining Existing Templates: Revise and complete existing design templates based on provided feedback, ensuring consistency with branding and developmental appropriateness.
- PowerPoint Expertise: Use PowerPoint to design professional, polished materials that meet the needs of preschool educators and parents.
- Ensure Educational Alignment: Ensure all resources are in line with Early Childhood Development principles and Early Learning Standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Pre-K Printable Fun team to align designs with both educational goals and aesthetic requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing preschool resources, particularly using PowerPoint.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in designing educational resources.
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Development and Early Learning Standards.
- Ability to interpret and effectively apply design feedback and guidelines.
- Experience creating unique and engaging templates for educational materials.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to receive constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Preschool Teacher, Childcare Provider, or in a similar role within early education.
- Understanding of the developmental needs of children ages 3-5 years.
- Familiarity with Pre-K Printable Fun products in early learning environments.
- Experience working remotely, managing flexible deadlines, and self-managing tasks.
- Proficiency with Canva, Asana, Airtable, and Dropbox.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and platforms as needed.
