What You’ll Do:
As our Preschool Activity Resource Designer, you’ll create colorful, fun, and functional printable learning activities using PowerPoint. From dramatic play sets to math centers and fine motor fun, your work will help educators bring their classrooms (or homes!) to life.

- Designing Dramatic Play Sets (like a grocery store or pet clinic!)
- Creating Circle Time visuals and activities
- Developing Literacy & Math Centers
- Crafting Fine & Gross Motor activities
- Building Social-Emotional Learning tools
- Designing Science exploration printables
What We’re Looking For:
Key Responsibilities
- Design custom, age-appropriate templates for a variety of preschool resource types
- Complete and revise existing templates to align with brand and educational standards
- Use PowerPoint to create polished, professional, and print-ready resources
- Ensure materials support early learning standards and developmental goals
- Collaborate with the team to bring resource ideas to life and incorporate feedback
- Strong portfolio of preschool resource designs (especially PowerPoint-based)
- Solid understanding of Early Childhood Development and Pre-K learning standards
- Creative, detail-focused, and able to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Able to accept and apply constructive feedback
- Experience as a Preschool Teacher, Childcare Provider, or related ECE role
- Familiarity with Pre-K Printable Fun’s style and products
- Experience using Canva, Asana, Airtable, Dropbox, and other digital tools
- The ability to create from scratch and refine existing content
- A great sense of fun and passion for early learning!
